Trisha Gorman is a seasoned executive and one of the driving forces behind The Female Leader a movement dedicated to elevating women’s voices and transforming leadership through authenticity, connection, and bold action.
With more than 20 years’ experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar programs across both government and the private sector, Trisha has earned a reputation for delivering strategic clarity, operational excellence, and people-first outcomes. Her leadership has turned around failing initiatives and built high-performing teams across several Commonwealth departments and within Australia’s financial and banking sectors.
Beyond her executive achievements, Trisha is a trusted mentor and executive coach. She partners with board members, rising leaders, and women in remote communities through national initiatives such as the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Rare Birds Mentoring Program.
Currently, Trisha serves as an Independent Board Director for Murray Irrigation Water and Chair of its Remuneration Committee.
Her leadership style is marked by boldness, empathy, and vision, qualities she brings to every boardroom, project, and conversation as she helps reshape the future of leadership for the next generation.

Dana is an experienced executive leader who has led teams of technology and sales professionals helping public sector clients leverage the power of data and cloud to achieve their goals. With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Dana has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, exceeding expectations, and building lasting relationships.
A domestic violence survivor and former amateur boxer, Dana brings extraordinary resilience, strength, and determination to everything she does—qualities that have shaped her leadership style and commitment to empowering others.
She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology sector, and creating environments where people can thrive. Dana is an ambassador for Women in Technology, a social influencer, and a frequent speaker at industry events and forums. Her mission is to inspire, connect, and support others in their personal and professional growth
