With over 20 years in technology recruitment, Heidi is a trusted advisor in Canberra, connecting top IT talent to high- profile Federal Government and commercial programs. She is passionate about mentoring professionals, sharing market insights, and helping clients and candidates. Heidi leads the Federal Government sales strategy team delivering services across the technology space.

Known for her consultative, relationship-first approach, she excels in talent strategy. retained search, and project-based recruitment, building long-term networks and driving meaningful outcomes for clients, candidates, and teams alike.
